Ontario Cooling-Off Right
Under Ontario consumer protection law, clients are entitled to a 10-day cooling-off period after signing. During this window you may cancel the agreement in writing without penalty. Our team will guide you through this process on request.
Fixed 12-Month Term
Every representation agreement runs on a fixed 12-month term. At the end of the term, talents must sign a new agreement to continue representation — no automatic renewals, no silent extensions.
